A collection of works by the mathematician John Wallis, including his Mathesis Universalis, his text on conic sections and his famous Arithmetica Infinitorum which greatly extended the methods of analysis of Descartes and Cavalieri. This collection also includes Wallis' Mechanics as well as a selection of his sermons.
