If you are not a University of Sydney cardholder and you do not currently have another type of membership to the University of Sydney Library, you can apply online for a free Rare Books and Special Collections (RBSC) Community ID.
You can use your RBSC Community ID to log into the Library catalogue and book to view material in the RBSC reading room.
The first time you visit us, we will complete an ID check to verify your identity.
