New benefits added for free alumni Library membership

The Library is at the heart of our community and is a key place people continue to visit for lifelong learning, research and socialising beyond their time at University. We invite alumni to continue visiting our Library, to be in our spaces and use our resources, and actively connect to likeminded people.

The alumni benefits program has recently been redesigned and we are happy to share that in addition to year-round alumni events, publications and promotions, the Library benefits have significantly increased.

Registered alumni Library members:

  • Will receive a free 2 year membership
  • Will receive an alumni Library card
  • Can access Library spaces outside of public hours (same as staff and students), including 24/7 access to Fisher Library and the Law Library
  • Can borrow unlimited physical items from the general collection
  • Can access an increased number of databases from home, including CSIRO Publishing, Emerald ejournals, JSTOR, and Sage Journals Online
