2.6 Types of references: websites

Academic research means assessing whether the website you are using is scholarly and authoritative. Many government departments, research institutes and academics do have websites and publish their reports and research there.

The library has a separate online tutorial which will guide you to distinguish scholarly from non-scholarly sources.
