COVID-19 The assistive technology room has reopened.

This assistive technology room in Fisher Library has reopened. Disability Support Services are also available online. Please contact disability.services@sydney.edu.au for further information.

To access the assistive technology rooms and additional support from the Library, students need to register with the University's Disability Services and staff should check the staff with disabilities site.

  • Fisher Library, on Level 3 of the stack, towards the front of the Library

Booking the room for an exam

Get your lecturer or Unit Coordinator to contact the Exams Office or Disability Services to book the assistive technology rooms and ensure that they are suitable for your exam.

  • myReader 2: CCTV magnifier with text capture function
  • SmartView: CCTV magnifier
