This assistive technology room in Fisher Library has reopened. Disability Support Services are also available online. Please contact for further information.

To get access to assistive technology room and additional support from the Library, students need to register with the University's Disability Services and staff should check the staff with disabilities site.

The University of Sydney access map has detailed information on physical access across the University, including wheelchair access, designated disabled parking spaces and accessible toilets.

You're encouraged to get in contact with us at our information desks, as we can help you with getting the most out of our service. This includes:

  • retrieving physical items, and requesting items from other libraries
  • photocopying journal articles
  • getting assistance with booking a study room.
