If you've returned an item, but it's still in MyLoans

If you're sure that you returned an item, but it's still listed in your MyLoans account:

  • Sometimes the system has a delay - If it's been less than an hour since you returned it, try checking MyLoans again in an hour or so
  • Double check at home and at work - Sometimes the item might have been moved by someone else
  • If you still can't find it, please let us know by filling out this form, and we'll investigate.
Replacing a lost or damaged item
  • If an item you return is damaged, you may be charged a replacement fee
  • An item is recorded as lost when you report that you have lost it, or if it is more than 32 days overdue
  • If you choose to replace a lost or damaged item yourself (with the same edition), an administrative fee will apply
  • If you wish to replace the lost or damaged item with a newer edition, please get in contact with us first.
